SAVE INTIMACY PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By entering into this Save Intimacy prize draw (‘Promotion”) you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree with them. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion.
This Promotion is run by LifeStyles® UK Ltd a company registered in England with registered number 02033980 and registered office at 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR, U.K., (Promoter).
To enter this Promotion you must be: (a) a resident of the UK and (b) aged 17 years and over at the time of entry.
This Promotion is not open to directors or employees (or members of their immediate families) of Promoter or any subsidiary of Promoter. Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
The Promotion is open for entries between 9 am on 23rd July 2018 and 11:59 pm on 25 October 2018.
No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion and will not increase your chances of winning.
You can enter this Promotion by answering the competition question and signing up the to the SKYN mailing list at www.skyn.com. The promoter will confirm entry by sending email notification affirming registration.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
The prizes for the Promotion consist of ten Mr and Mrs Smith “Get a room!” vouchers (https://www.mrandmrssmith.com/shop/products/gift-vouchers), each voucher with a value of £500. All gift cards are non-refundable and valid for bookings made within 12 months from purchase date.
The prizes will be awarded as follows: one individual winner will be chosen at random every week during 10 weeks (from 23/07/18 to 05/10/18) from correctly submitted entries providing the correct answer to the competition question. The selection will be made electronically via a randomized computer selection process managed by You Agency at 77 St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4AA, UK.
The winners of the Promotion will be notified by email directly within 14 days of selection and the list of 10 winners published on the www.skyn.com website on 25 October 2018.
Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 10 working days and may be required to complete and return an eligibility form stating their age and residency details, among other details. The promoter will endeavour to ensure that winner(s) receive their prizes within thirty  days of the date they confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within thirty  days of being notified, they will forfeit their prize and Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner(s).
Prizes will be mailed to the winner’s address within 1 month from acceptance of the prize.

Vouchers/gift cards/loyalty money is redeemable for stays at hotels in the Mr & Mrs Smith collection when booking via the Mr & Mrs Smith website or the Smith24 team.
Vouchers/gift cards/loyalty money is not redeemable directly with hotels or in any way with hotels that are not part of the Smith collection. Loyalty money is given on all hotel stays booked through mrandmrssmith.com or through the Smith24 team. The amount earned is based on membership status at the conclusion of the stay. Loyalty money is not given on any bookings made directly with hotels.
When a hotel stay has been part-paid using loyalty money, further rewards will only be accrued on the portion that has been paid for in cash or by debit/credit card.
Hotel stays paid in whole or part with a voucher/gift card or loyalty money must be pre-paid in their entirety at the point of booking (except when the voucher/gift card or loyalty money used is less than the deposit amount). Though we understand that this can sometimes be a slight inconvenience, this is the best way of ensuring there is no confusion over payment when you check out at the end of your stay.
A single-use voucher/gift card can only be used once.
Vouchers/gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. Loyalty money is valid for 24 months from completion of the qualifying stay after which it will automatically expire. Bookings must be made within this time, but stays can be taken outside of the validity period.
Vouchers/gift cards/loyalty money is redeemable only against accommodation costs. They may not be redeemed against incidental hotel costs or additional services.
Any outstanding unused credit will be held against the unique voucher/gift card code until used or the voucher/gift card/loyalty money expires.
Where a refund is applicable for cancelled bookings, the amount paid with vouchers/loyalty money will be refunded by the same method.
Vouchers/gift cards/loyalty money cannot be exchanged for cash.
Mr & Mrs Smith reserves the right to decline to accept vouchers/gift cards where, in its opinion, a voucher/gift card is invalid for the booking being made.
Lost or misplaced vouchers/gift cards may be replaced subject to submission of proof of purchase, and the purchaser’s confirmation of the voucher’s/gift card’s intended recipient.]
Winners may personally ‘top up’ the budget voucher allowance at time of booking if required.
Promotor’s decision is final and Promoter reserves the right not to correspond on any matter.
Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the prize (to one of equal or greater value) as required by the circumstances. No cash equivalent to the prize is available.
The Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering or interfering with the entry process or operation of the website, or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive of or prejudicial to the operation or administration of the Promotion.
Other than for death or personal injury arising from negligence of the Promoter, so far as it is permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotion or any aspect of the prize. All activities are undertaking at the entrants own risk.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
